March 20, 2019 version: 10% / 25% / 100%. Standard-IA got the same 100% tier below 95%. The 99.9% threshold did not change.Source

About AWS

All SLA pages fetched 2026-09-23. AWS support was restructured: per the AWS Support FAQ, Developer and Business Support closed to new subscriptions on December 2, 2025 and will be discontinued January 1, 2027; Enterprise On-Ramp is supported through December 31, 2026. The current plans page lists only Business Support+, Enterprise Support and Unified Operations, so full response tables for the legacy Developer, Business and Enterprise On-Ramp plans are no longer published; only the critical-issue times quoted in the FAQ are recorded. The S3 change is verified from Wayback snapshots (20181206174531 showing the April 4, 2018 version and 20191002235233 showing the March 20, 2019 version); EC2 changes come from AWS's own historical SLA page.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) is a subsidiary of Amazon that provides on-demand cloud computing platforms and APIs to individuals, companies, and governments, on a metered, pay-as-you-go basis. Source

Highest commitment: Amazon DynamoDB, 99.999% (Global Tables SLA).
