About Microsoft Azure
All Azure SLA figures come from the consolidated 'Service Level Agreement for Microsoft Online Services' September 1, 2026 English WW edition (docx downloaded from the licensing page on 2026-09-23). Unified Enterprise pricing is not published ('See pricing details'). Sev C targets are in business hours, so minutes are null. Change history comes from Microsoft's own archived monthly SLA editions on the same licensing page. The Standard SSD / Standard HDD single-instance tiers are not dated: the late-2020 to 2021 editions sampled did not carry the Azure VM section, so the date they were introduced could not be pinned down.
Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington. Source
Highest commitment: Azure SQL Database, 99.995% (General Purpose / Business Critical / Premium / Hyperscale, Zone Redundant).
