Credits are days of service, not a percentage of fees: Monthly Uptime Percentage under 99.9% down to 99.0% = 3 days; under 99.0% down to 95.0% = 7 days; under 95.0% = 15 days, added to the end of the term (or the same value as a monetary credit for online billing).
