Commitments and credits
Commercial Terms of Service (Effective August 5, 2026) have no SLA, uptime or service-credit clause. Warranty is only that products 'will substantially perform in accordance with the documentation'; otherwise 'PROVIDED 'AS IS''. Section 14.12: 'Mistral AI is solely responsible to provide the support described in our Documentation or any Order Form.'
